1. Did you go trick or treating as a child?
I’ve been trick or treating every year of my life. When I was younger my parents would take me and my brothers and when I got older I use to go with friends. When I became too old to go trick or treating I started to take my little family members and friends.
2. What was the best Halloween costume you ever saw or wore yourself?
Saw! Well I like the way the little kids dress up like Disney characters. My favorite costumes are when the whole family dresses in the same theme. My most favorite costume I wore myself. When I was little my mom dressed me up as Rainbow Brite and I loved it so much.
3. What is your most vivid memory about Halloween?
Best Halloween memory recently the year my little brother returned home from being in the Marines. He dressed up as a scare scarecrow and sat outside very still where my mom’s scarecrow had been all month long and as we walked up to the door he jumped up and scared the holy bajibers out of me and took ten years away from my life! We were all just happy to have him home again and it was a good fun time. The rest of that night he just sat outside scaring all the teens and adults.
4. What is the scariest movie you have ever seen?
The Blair Witch Project
5. Do you ever get nightmares after watching a scary movie?
If it’s the last thing I watch before bed I do end up thinking about it while I sleep. My grandma always said to say our prayers right before bed helps. I totally believe that.
6. Are you superstitious? If so, name at least one superstition of yours.
I don’t ever want to break a mirror. I’ll also never play Bloody Mary in a dark bathroom mirror ever!
7. What will you be doing for Halloween this year, if anything, in SL and RL?
In SL our family has been exploring and Trick or Treating pretty much all month. We’ve been celebrating Halloween day by day. Tonight most of us are going to be spending time in RL. I will be going over my parent’s house after work to celebrate with family. We always make and eat sloppy joes. My mom says they are fast and yummy. Every Halloween that I can remember we’ve always had them. Always. Then we all head out to start trick or treating with the little family members. My dad and one of my brothers usually stay at my parent’s house to pass out the candy. When the adults get tired or the kids can’t walk any more we head home and watch a Halloween cartoon or movie. That’s usually when the adults do the candy check and hide all the yummy candy they want. *giggles*
